These terms apply to every Bright Booth Company booking. Questions about any of it go to zach@brightbooth.ca.

Payment structure

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the event date.
The remaining balance is due in full two weeks before the event date.
No date is considered confirmed without a paid deposit on file.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date receive a full refund of any balance paid. The 25% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.
Cancellations made between 8 and 30 days before the event date receive a credit equal to the balance paid, valid toward a future Bright Booth Company booking within 12 months.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date receive no refund and no credit. The full booking amount is forfeited.

One reschedule is permitted per booking, subject to availability, with a minimum of 30 days notice before the original event date.
Rescheduling requests inside 30 days may be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation policy above applies.

Events within 50 km of Calgary city limits carry no travel fee.
For bookings 50 km or more outside Calgary city limits, a mileage charge is applied to and from the event location.

The booth measures 4 feet wide, 6 feet deep and 7 feet tall, and must be set up on the main or ground floor, or in a space that is ramp accessible.
The booth runs on its own internal power source and does not require access to an outlet.
We ask for a level surface, away from amplified music where possible, so that recorded audio is clear.

Your video guestbook gallery and edited Keepsake Reel are delivered within two weeks of the event date.
Rush delivery, at a 48-hour turnaround, is available as a paid add-on.

In circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue closure, or a declared public emergency, Bright Booth Company will permit rescheduling without penalty at our discretion.
No automatic refund is guaranteed under force majeure. Each situation is handled fairly and on a case by case basis.
