Travel

Events within 50 km of Calgary city limits carry no travel fee. Beyond that, a mileage fee applies.

Before you sign

The short version of our terms.

The full policy, including force majeure, lives on the terms page.

Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit holds your date. The balance is due two weeks before the event. No date is confirmed without a deposit on file.
Cancellation: More than 30 days out: full refund of any balance paid, deposit excluded. Between 8 and 30 days: a credit for the balance paid, good for 12 months. Inside 7 days: no refund or credit.
Rescheduling: One reschedule per booking, subject to availability, with at least 30 days notice. Requests inside 30 days may be treated as a cancellation.
