No. The Bright Booth is built specifically to record high-quality video messages. Adding a photo option is tempting, but we press into video-only so the end product stays the best it can be for our clients.

Each video message can be as short as your guest wants, up to two minutes. Nobody has to fill the whole two minutes.

The booth needs the main or ground floor, or a ramp-accessible space, because of its size and weight. At your venue, look for somewhere relatively level and away from the music. Facing the booth away from speakers helps, and a wall of separation is ideal. That keeps the audio on your video guestbook clean and easy to hear. Unsure whether your venue qualifies? The booth takes up a footprint of 4 feet wide, 6 feet deep and 7 feet tall.

Yes. Every booking includes an on-site attendant who hosts the booth for the entire booking time, guides guests through the experience, and makes sure everyone has a good time.

Any point in the day when people are naturally hanging out, mingling and spending time together. Cocktail hour, the dance party, or an intermission all work well.

Power nearby is nice to have, but it is not needed. The booth has its own independent power source and runs for the whole event and beyond.

We serve Calgary, Edmonton, Banff and the surrounding area. For events more than 50 km outside Calgary city limits, a mileage charge applies to and from the event location.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event. No date is confirmed without a paid deposit on file.
